Here is a simple recipe for avocado and nuts mousse, for self-preparation at home.

Products needed:

• 

  an avocado

  two ripe avocados

• 30 grams of hazelnuts
• 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa,
• 6 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
• pinch of salt
• half lemon juice

Wash and peel the avocado, cut it into pieces, sprinkle with lemon. Then grind the nuts in a coffee grinder, combine all the ingredients and blend to a homogeneous mass.

The mousse can be stored in the fridge for several days.
