- 5 tablespoons of millet
- 350 ml millet, rice or other milk

Roast the porridge in a frying pan briefly to get rid of bitterness and at the same time to bring out a beautiful aroma, then grind into coarser flour. Heat 250 ml milk with the addition of butter or oil. To 100 ml of remaining cold milk we add ground millet and sweetener and mix.
Pour cold milk with millet into hot milk and, while stirring, wait for it to boil. We keep on gas until the pudding thickens. We serve with our favorite fruit.
