The ingredients we will need are fresh ginger root, honey, water and lemon.
Peel the ginger root (about 300 grams), cut into thin slices, then pour hot water (two glasses) and simmer for about half an hour. Then add about 120 grams of honey and mix until a thick syrup is formed, finally add the juice squeezed from three lemons. Mix everything, strain into a bottle and it's ready.

Ginger syrup can be prepared in many ways, for example with turmeric, which is a powerful antioxidant. In addition, this spice has fungicidal, bactericidal and antiviral effects. To increase the absorption of turmeric, you should add coconut oil to the syrup, which is a very valuable fat with strong antiseptic properties.
- 100 ml honey,
- a tablespoon of ground turmeric,
- two tablespoons of grated ginger,
- a pinch of black pepper,
- 1.5 tablespoons of coconut oil,
- juice of one lemon
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a bottle. We eat immediately on a teaspoon or add to cooled tea.
