Cookies are one of the favorite cookies of children. On our site we teach you how to cook delicious cookies with chocolate shavings and orange but with a special feature: children with gluten intolerance can enjoy this sweet.

It's a cookie recipe for celiac children ideal for a snack or a snack.

  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g cornstarch
  • 125 g rice flour
  • 1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 grated orange
  • 50 g of chocolate chips

1- Beat the butter with the brown sugar and the orange zest. When a cream forms, add the eggs one by one.

2- Sift the dry ingredients and incorporate them into the shake, gradually forming a homogeneous mass.

3- Add the chocolate chips, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and store it for 1 hour in the fridge.

4- Take it out of the fridge when it is firm,

5- Make circular shapes with the dough and place them on a plate previously greased with butter. Bake it for 15 minutes at moderate temperature. Remove them when they are golden brown and store them in airtight jars for better preservation.
