  • 100 ml. milk
  • 1 l. of water
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Salt

1. Cut the garlic and leek very finely. Sauté with the oil in a large pot until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and sauté over medium-low heat for ten minutes.

2. Add the flour and mix well until a paste is formed with all the ingredients. Add the milk and water, and cook for about 15 minutes.

3. Blend the ingredients in the blender, add salt to taste, mix and serve.
