  • 1 large pineapple or a few small ones
  • A bunch of grapes
  • 1 mango
  • 1 watermelon
  • 3 oranges
  • Strawberries
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) sugar (optional)
  • Mint leaves to decorate

1- Cut the pineapple in half. Extract the pulp and reserve it.

2- Wash, peel and cut all other fruits into pieces. It is important to peel the oranges and also remove the whitish skin inside.

3- With a mixer, beat the pineapple pulp with a little water and the sugar (in case the pineapple is not so sweet). Strain and then mix the juice with the cut fruits in a bowl. Stir.

4- With a spoon, fill the pineapples with the already seasoned fruits.

5- Above the fruits, add a few tablespoons of the yogurt.

6- If you wish, decorate with a mint leaf and serve the stuffed pineapple very fresh. Enjoy your meal!
