- 310 g bread flour
- 175 g warm water
- 20 g olive oil
- 15 g fresh baker's yeast
- 1 tablespoon (small) salt
Advice: Cereals such as linseed, oatmeal, sesame, etc. can be added to the bread dough, which will make it even more delicious and nutritious.
1- Mix the flour well with the yeast.
2- Add the oil and warm water (very slowly), and mix well with a wooden spoon.
3- When the dough is homogeneous, add the salt and knead another little until it is a manageable and uniform dough.
4- A glass container is greased (the kind that come with a pyrex lid), and the dough is introduced into a ball. Cover it and let the dough rest for an hour.
5- When the dough grows, we shape it into a bread, brush it with oil, make diagonal cuts on the surface and sprinkle with a little flour.
6- Put the bread in the preheated oven. Let the bread roast at 220ºC for about an hour.
When you notice that the bread has a light brown color, remove it from the oven to rest on a rack. Now it only remains to let it cool to enjoy this delicious bread, made with your own hands. Surely it will come out very, very rich.
